Brendon Fitch is currently a medical physics resident at the University of Minnesota. He has a M.S. in medical physics from the University of Minnesota with a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from UWGB. His research in the sloan lab is on an orthotopic glioblastoma mouse model treated with highly conformal, conventionally fractionated radiotherapy delivered by the Xstrahl SARRP facilitated by the use of a 9.4 T MRI-CBCT fusion to plan the treatment. The team hopes that they can look into potential immune effects with their data down the line.
