Abbey Knight is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus. She is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Neuroscience.
Her research interests include risk factors of the development of Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) in Minnesotans, developing assessment tools for patients to identify potential risk factors, and implementation of questionnaires and state-wide studies. She has been working to develop a risk factor assessment tool for patients with Glioblastoma with Dr. Sloan to build her research skills throughout her undergraduate experience with the University of Minnesota's Department of Radiation Oncology. She is also involved in the University of Minnesota's AMSA (American Medical Student Association).
