The focus of the Sloan translational research lab is on the immunologic personalization of radiotherapy also known as immune-guided radiotherapy (IM-GRT). By using pre-clinical modeling to address the important research questions identified in tumor histology, and utilizing this modeling approach as a means to identify adjuvant therapies, we aim to develop a personalized approach to radiotherapy and improve the immunologic outcome of radiotherapy.
Our mission is to develop an innovative program focused on immunologic personalization of radiotherapy, improving clinical outcomes.
